Return & Refund
At Hasya, every saree is handpicked with love and intention. However, if you feel the need to request a return, we’re here to assist you. Kindly review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:
- Please reach out to us at support@hasya.in within 7 days of receiving your parcel to initiate a return request. We’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.
- Return shipping will be taken care by team Hasya
- We request that the original saree tag remains intact and undisturbed. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed or tampered with.
- If your order included any complimentary items or gifts, we kindly ask that you return them along with the saree in their original condition.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and carefully packed in its original form. Once received, our team will conduct a quality check before approving the return.
- Refund will be initiated within 24 hours after approval of the return by our QC team
- The entire return and refund process is a 7-10 days process and you will be kept informed throughout via email on your registered email address
