At HASYA, every saree is handpicked with love and intention. However, if you feel the need to request a return, we’re here to assist you. Kindly review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

1. Please reach out to us at support@hasya.in within 7 days of receiving your parcel to initiate a return request. We’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.
   
2. Return shipping will be taken care by team Hasya
   
3. We request that the original saree tag remains intact and undisturbed. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed or tampered with.
   
4. If your order included any complimentary items or gifts, we kindly ask that you return them along with the saree in their original condition.
   
5. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and carefully packed in its original form. Once received, our team will conduct a quality check before approving the return.
6. Refund will be initiated within 24 hours after approval of the return by our QC team
7. The entire return and refund process is a 7-10 days process and you will be kept informed throughout via email on your registered email address
