What is your return policy
It is a hassle-free Return Policy at HASYA. Customers have to raise a return request via email on support@hasya.in. Please ensure that you are mentioning the order number. You may choose to have the amount refunded back to the source or keep it as store credit. Shipping Charges, in all cases, are non-refundable. Please ensure that tag is intact with the item you wish to return
No Returns would be acceptable if the return request is not raised within 4 days of receiving the product. If you want to return any one product from the combo or sale or from frequently bought together, the discount will be revoked.
Products bought during sale can only be exchanged and are non refundable. The sale discount will not be applicable on exchange requests
Once we have initiated the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will pick up the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 5-7 days to get the shipment picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact . The pick-up boy would come check and pack the product along with the label

What if I receive a damaged item or a wrong product
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, it will be replaced, please ensure that you have the tag intact. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us. We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect a info@hasya.in

What is the estimated delivery time
The delivery time is different for the type of cities. Typically it takes 4-5 days for metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 5 to 7 days. Some cities in North East India & J&K etc. may take upto 10 days. While we endeavour to deliver the quickest possible way but sometimes due to unforeseen reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience.
What are the shipping charges
A shipping charge of Rs.150 will be applicable to all domestic orders below Rs 3000. The charges will be waived off for an order value above Rs.3000
Do you deliver all across India
Yes, we deliver all over India either through our delivery partners but places where our delivery partner does not service, we will ship your order via speed post through India Post
What are the payment methods/options
We suggest our customers to make payment only through credit car, debit card or net banking. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & Amex. COD isn`t available in most places
What to do if the shipment is tampered
If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and please email us at info@hasya.in with your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost
What if I donot receive the order
In case the ordered items do not reach the customer within 30 days of placing the order, please email us at info@hasya.in with the order id and we will internally check the status of your delivery. Worst case scenario, we will ensure that a fresh dispatch is being made to you or if you choose, we will have the entire amount refunded to you within 7 days
Are there any hidden charges
There are no hidden charges, however we suggest that you should look at the invoice before initiating payment and if you see any discrepency, we insist that you let us know at support@hasya.in
Is it safe to use credit/debit cards
All credit card and debit card payments on HASYA are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways
Returns/ Exchange will be unacceptable when
Returns or exchanges are not possible when
- The return is not initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
- Tags of the items should be intact and not removed.
- All complimentary items included with the purchase must be returned along with the original item
