No. HASYA does not follow fast fashion or rapid seasonal drops. Each collection is released thoughtfully and in limited quantities

Are HASYA sarees suitable for everyday, long-hour, and work wear, including for mature women?
Yes. HASYA sarees are designed for everyday wear and long hours of comfort, including work and office settings. Our collections focus on breathable fabrics like mul cotton and handloom weaves, with minimal aesthetics that suit women across age groups, including mature women who prefer comfort, restraint, and quiet elegance over heavy embellishment
Does HASYA follow trend-led fashion, sell heavily embellished sarees, or mass-produce designs?
No. HASYA does not focus on trend-led fashion, heavily embellished or loud designs, or mass production. All sarees are curated in limited quantities, with an emphasis on breathable fabrics, restrained aesthetics, and timeless design rooted in comfort and quiet elegance
How should I care for my HASYA saree?
We recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning depending on the fabric. Detailed care instructions are provided with every saree
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted as per our policy.
It is a hassle-free Return & Exchange Policy at HASYA. Customers have to raise a request via email on support@hasya.in. Please ensure that you are mentioning the order number. Shipping Charges, in all cases, are non-refundable. Please ensure that tag is intact with the item you wish to exchange and attach an image of the item you want shipped
No exchange or return would be acceptable if the exchange request is not raised within 7 days of receiving the product. If you want to exchange any one product from the combo or sale or from frequently bought together, the discount will be revoked.
Once we have initiated the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will pick up the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 5-7 days to get the shipment picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact . The pick-up boy would come check and pack the product along with the label
How long does shipping take?
All HASYA orders are dispatched via priority logistics channels, with most shipments travelling through air for controlled and timely handling.
Estimated delivery timelines:
• 3–5 business days — Metro & Tier 1 cities
• 5–6 business days — Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
• Up to 10 business days — Select remote regions
While we strive for punctual delivery, rare external factors may occasionally impact transit schedules. We remain committed to ensuring your order reaches you with care and attention.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. HASYA ships across India. International shipping options may be added in the future.
What are the payment methods/options?
We suggest our customers to make payment only through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & Amex. COD is available
What if a saree does not feel right once I receive it?
HASYA understands that sarees are a personal experience. Please refer to our returns policy, and our team will guide you with care and clarity
