Does HASYA follow fast fashion?
No. HASYA does not follow fast fashion or rapid seasonal drops. Each collection is released thoughtfully and in limited quantities

What fabrics are used in HASYA sarees?
HASYA works with natural fabrics such as cotton, mul cotton, silk and linen. Each fabric is chosen for comfort, breathability and long-term wear
Are HASYA sarees suitable for daily wear?
Many HASYA sarees are designed for regular wear, offering ease, comfort and durability, while some are curated for special moments
How should I care for my HASYA saree?
We recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning depending on the fabric. Detailed care instructions are provided with every saree
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted as per our policy.
It is a hassle-free Return & Exchange Policy at HASYA. Customers have to raise a request via email on support@hasya.in. Please ensure that you are mentioning the order number. Shipping Charges, in all cases, are non-refundable. Please ensure that tag is intact with the item you wish to exchange and attach an image of the item you want shipped
No exchange or return would be acceptable if the exchange request is not raised within 4 days of receiving the product. If you want to exchange any one product from the combo or sale or from frequently bought together, the discount will be revoked.
Once we have initiated the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will pick up the product from your doorstep. It takes us a minimum of 5-7 days to get the shipment picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact . The pick-up boy would come check and pack the product along with the label
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time is different for the type of cities. Typically it takes 4-5 days for metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 5 to 6 days. Some cities in North East India & J&K etc. may take upto 10 days. While we endeavour to deliver the quickest possible way but sometimes due to unforeseen reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. HASYA ships across India. International shipping options may be added in the future.
What are the payment methods/options?
We suggest our customers to make payment only through credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & Amex. COD is available
What if a saree does not feel right once I receive it?
HASYA understands that sarees are a personal experience. Please refer to our returns policy, and our team will guide you with care and clarity
