- Please reach out to us at support@hasya.in within 4 days of receiving your parcel to initiate a return request. We’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.
- We request that the original saree tag remains intact and undisturbed. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed or tampered with.
- If your order included any complimentary items or gifts, we kindly ask that you return them along with the saree in their original condition.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and carefully packed in its original form. Once received, our team will conduct a quality check before approving the return.
- In most cases, return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part
