At Hasya, every saree is handpicked with love and intention. However, if you feel the need to request a return, we’re here to assist you. Kindly review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

1. Please reach out to us at support@hasya.in within 4 days of receiving your parcel to initiate a return request. We’ll be happy to guide you through the next steps.
   
2. We request that the original saree tag remains intact and undisturbed. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed or tampered with.
   
3. If your order included any complimentary items or gifts, we kindly ask that you return them along with the saree in their original condition.
   
4. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and carefully packed in its original form. Once received, our team will conduct a quality check before approving the return.
   
5. In most cases, return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part
